Michael F. Colosi (Chairman/Trustee) General Counsel Kenneth Cole
Michael is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., a NYSE-listed corporation and a leading designer of apparel, footwear and accessories.  He has been a singing member of the New York Choral Society since 1994 and has served as a member of its Board of Trustees since 2007 and as Chairman since 2009. Michael has also been a member of the boards of numerous other charitable, professional, political, and cultural organizations.  He is a frequent speaker and writer on a wide range of legal issues and his work has been recognized by many professional, charitable and community institutions.

Rosanne Zoccoli (President/Trustee) has been a television production executive for major broadcast networks for over 35 years. She has been a member of NYCS since 1990 and is currently the NYCS President.

Joanne W. Lawson (Executive Vice President/Trustee) has retired after thirty-five years of senior management and executive positions with nonprofit organizations and advertising agencies.  For half her career she worked at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF where she was Director of the UNICEF Greeting Card Program and later served as Executive Vice President and was a member of the Executive Committee.  She has been head of direct marketing fundraising programs for CARE and the ASPCA. She was one of the four founders of Darcy Direct (now Gray Direct) and served as Vice President of Market Strategy.

Charles E. Chromow (Secretary/Trustee)  Senior Counsel, Wuersch & Gering LLP
Charles is Senior Counsel, specializing in taxation, with the downtown New York law firm of Wuersch & Gering LLP, where he focuses on cross-border transactions.  He has been a practicing tax attorney in New York for over 30 years.   Charles has been a choral singer since he was a member of the Harvard Glee Club while in college. He has been a singing member of the New York Choral Society since 2004 and has served on its Board of Trustees and as the Choral Society’s Secretary since 2010.

Edith DuPuy (Trustee) is an active volunteer in New York City. Prior to living in Manhattan, she resided in Milwaukee, where she was Manager of the Graduate Student Chamber Ensemble program at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition, she was a board member of the Milwaukee Chamber Orchestra and Early Music Now.

Joanna Grossman (Trustee)  Windward Realty Corp
Joanna is engaged in property management, construction and renovation supervision, is  a licensed real estate broker in New York State, the Vice President of Windward Realty Corp. in East Hampton, New York, and  the past Vice President of Amagansett Square Corp. in Amagansett, New York. Her prior career was in film editing at NBC News, WNET and with independent producers.

Daniel M. Hubert (Trustee)  Computer Solutions International, Inc.
Daniel is founder and president of Computer Solutions International, Inc., a Manhattan computer software firm specializing in business applications and business consulting.

Gary Pai (Trustee)  Pai Technologies
Gary is the founder and owner of Pai Financial Technologies, a boutique consulting and software development firm specializing in financial technology.  Prior to that, he was a product director at Netik LLC, overseeing their product offerings to prime brokers and fund administrators.  He has been a singing member of the New York Choral Society since 2000 and has served as a member of the Board of Trustees since 2008.Gary is also actively involved in the Princeton University alumni community, having served in numerous leadership positions in various alumni organizations and committees.

Michael Roos (Trustee)  Edward Perlin Associates
Michael is a senior consultant with Edward Perlin Associates, a firm that specializes in salary surveys for Information Technology professionals and executives. As a Trustee Mr. Roos underwrote the first season of Summer Sings at Symphony Space.  He was also instrumental in establishing a relationship with The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, which added the NYCS archive to its collection and mounted an exhibition commemorating the 50th anniversary of the chorus.  In addition, he has actively supported the Mini-Maestro educational outreach program, and he currently heads up the Development Committee.

Joseph K.  Sapora (Trustee)   Partner of the Hay Group (retired), a privately held international human resources consulting firm.  Trained as a consulting actuary, Joe specialized in employee benefits, and managed the firm’s national Executive Benefits Practice.  He consulted to a broad range of corporate client as well as numerous not-for-profit healthcare and community service organizations across the United States.  Joe has spoken to many organizations on all aspects of compensation strategy, design, funding and administration; he has appeared numerous times as an expert witness and in print and television media.   He has participated as a NYCS singer since 1991 and as a Trustee since 2005.

Susan Seigle (Trustee) is currently an alumnae affairs officer at Barnard College, her alma mater.  Prior to this, she pursued a corporate career in marketing and merchandising with the JC Penney Company, followed by development positions in the nonprofit sector.  Before returning to Barnard in 2010, Susan completed a year of service in VISTA and the NYC Civic Corps promoting civic engagement.  She is a president of the New York Festival Singers and also serves on the board of the College of Health Professions of Pace University. Susan has been a singing member of the New York Choral Society since 1968 and has sung with all three music directors.  Over the years, she has served as president, ticket chairman, board member, helped launch the Alumni Association, and chaired numerous benefits for the chorus.  She is currently co-chair of the Search Committee for a new Music Director.

Raynor M. Warner, AIA (Trustee) is a practicing architect with more than 40 years of experience in historic preservation, adaptive reuse and new design. He previously served on several nonprofit profit boards in New England including Revels, Inc., Historic Massachusetts, Inc., the Jacqueline Walsh School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Pawtucket, RI and the Cape Cod Baseball League.  In addition to his many years of choral singing, Raynor founded and produced RiverSing on the Blackstone, a major music festival in Rhode Island featuring 8 stages and multiple performers.
